I pre-ordered the Digital Copy of TTK through the Xbox Store. On the Xbox Store it clearly states that after you pre-order the game you will be able to download the game immediately but will be unable to play it until the release date. After I purchased the game my Xbox did download a file that was around 90 megabytes which Xbox Support told me was a "Key" file allowing you to download the game. However that is the only thing it downloaded, Xbox Support says I should be able to go to "My Games" / "Manage Games" and choose the option to download it but the only option available is "Uninstall" Xbox Support is trying to push this issue off on You, You being Bungie, It seems to me though that Xbox Support is full of idiots and you have a better chance using the Ambassador service and talking to an end user. Myself and a lot of other people are going to be very upset if we have to wait until the day of release to download TTK, if this is the case the download will take three days and I could have purchased a physical copy through amazon and had it the day of release. Please someone help me, tell me what I'm doing wrong or how this issue can be resolved.
