I've switched between my main (50 somethin) TV and my smaller (32") quite a lot, and playing on the smaller one definitely helps my PVP performance. But, it kills the PVE experience/vibe for me. It's a worthy trade off considering I only play PVP for Iron Banner and the occasional trials.
