I'm calling it right now. When TTK drops ALL exotics will be upgradable. Bungie was just messing with us the entire time.[spoiler]I really hope I'm correct. For me, it's the Necro that I'm really hoping gets an upgrade. I've had it for so long, I just want it to be good for once.[/spoiler]
