Same issues as others. Bought red bull. Came home, redeemed code. On the confirm console page I get a message "code has been redeemed on another account.
I double checked code. It's correct.
Logged out of Destiny & back in. Still nothing.
What's the deal guys?

Send red bull an email and they'll sort you out. Same thing happened to me.

Someone used a key generator to generator a code which coincidentally might have been your code, any ways that's my theory.
