Acid rain on Venus? Or the volcano spew blue meteors.
Mars could have sand storms and maybe even icicle rain seeing as it would be so cold there.
The moon could have meteor showers with debris crashing on The surface?
Maybe all this could creat AoE damage? Or debuffs while fighting enemies or certain types of enemies..

I like the idea however I doubt this would be so easily accomplishable and indefinitely irritating, after a while. Think about it, if you were doing a public event or defeating a monster on the dreadnaught for instance, how frustrated would you be to die instantaneously. I consider the thought but you must look at the pros and cons. Guardians would rage more by dying randomly when trying to complete a mission or bounty. They would rage if they died when almost completed a boss on the dreadnaught - it would be cool at first. I do believe guardians would eventually get tired of it and lose interest. In the Feedback, how many people say the following (these are all small features like weather you wouldn't even know): - Birds tweeting in the tower - Lights turn on at night in the tower - Flowers sway according to wind - Levelling height when cloning steps - NPC talking - Grunt noise when you hit something These effects play small roles but all have pros and cons, even if they seem the greatest of ideas.

No it wouldn't like hurt or kill you. It would just be simple weather for aesthetics. It would just add a buff or debuff E.g Sandstorm: Cabal do more damage (due to them being heavily armoured. Acid Rain (Venus) Vex Take more damage (due to being made of metal?) These are all just spit ball ideas. I just think it would add a bit, like I wouldn't expect acid rain to come and kill your guardian in seconds that would be horrible!! I also like your wee ideas to add life with birds tweeting and lights coming on, maybe wild life on patrols? Just small things could add creatures to Mars and Venus?
