Every time I try to redeem a code I get the message "This code has already been redeemed on another account. Please verify the code you’ve entered is correct." Following the instructions on quest web site yields absolutely no response. Judging by what I'm seeing in these forums I can't expect a response from Bungie either. Is giving people what they paid for no longer a thing you guys do?
