Kellslayers helm

Saw variks selling the kellslayers helm but after obtaining armor core it disappeared from his shop. Now only leg armor is available. Can anyone tell me why and if it will be back? I checked literally right before the 32 poe

Since he is selling leg armor this week, you probably saw him selling the Helm before weekly reset early this morning. The reset changed his wares.
