Bungie Support: this is not a heavy thread. Has anyone from Bungie looked at any of our comments? Red Bull isn't helping and he direction you've given to lay this at their feet is getting us nowhere. We enter in a code that they say is valid, but when it goes to validate against Bungie/PS it is rejected. I have pictures of my tabs as proof of purchase. I would hope someone from your group would take the time to update your post with a response to our concerns.

Edited by sargetc: 9/2/2015 2:27:44 AMI'm not with Bungie but I have had some (limited) success here, so I will try to help. As in, Red Bull still owes me credit/codes. If u get as far as you are saying, email Red Bull (use the link above). Include a pic of the tab. Then wait... you will get a robo-response. Wait some more. Then wait. Then wait some more. Eventually Red Bull does get back to you but it takes a loooooooooong time. They will send you a new code that you can use directly at the Bungie website (rather than the red bull quest page). This second code seems to be problem free (I've had several work now). As for the codes on the bottom of the tab? I would say at least 20% of the ones I have bought were stolen by someone else. I hope the people who did this can somehow get discovered and perma-banned. Look at this thread and you will see how much grief they have caused PAYING customers and fans of Destiny. Honestly though, I doubt much will be done.. and maybe the can't be banned without accidentally hurting legit buyers of Red Bull.. so.. it stinks, it really stinks, but try doing what I said, and you *should* eventually get a response with a new code in your email. good luck.

Patience is all I have in this matter. It's just disappointing that Bungie doesn't provide any further 'moral' support or some form of recognition of the problem. Crap happens, I get it. Crappy people happen, I get it. What I don't get is the lack of interest in responding to the community that makes Destiny what it is. You, me and everyone else playing this game make it what it is. Yes, it takes programmers, artists and the works to create the game, but without us, there is no Destiny. We're the ones enabling the people that create Destiny, it's about time we get more than just lip service in the weekly updates (this excludes the TTK content). The boys and girls (I at least hope they have woman employees) over at Bungie have their heads so far up the TTKs you know what that they have lost what's going on with the current events. blah blah blah as Ke$ha said...

I agree, the lack of communication has been frustrating. It's why I decided to start trying to help some people here resolve it (based on what worked for me)
