Should Titan have an evasive movement ability?

As we all know, Titan is the only class in the game without the ability to Blink (which makes sense given their position as a 'Heavy' class). Now one may assume the trade off to this would be the Titan ability to Shoulder Charge; it can indeed be used as an evasive maneuver in the proper hands, but that is more a manipulation of its core function. Blink is without a doubt the go to ability when it comes to PVP - so much so it's getting another nerf in the future. Obviously many players will be upset about this change, as they will be removed from their comfort zones for a while. However, with TTK we will be introduced to Shadestep, the Nightstalker ability which gifts the Hunter with an evasive roll. Should Titan's be allowed a similar ability in the future? In order to maintain some sort of balance in the realm of instant maneuverability options, this move makes sense to exist on a Class who is too 'grounded' to use Light for Blink. It also makes for the sensible ability to counter Blink, rather than none at all. Would giving Titans a less flashy evasive roll negate the need to nerf Blink? I'm not defending Blink (never use it), I'm just looking at alternative options that may offer more balance. Let's try and keep it civil. Though I do enjoy my fair share of chaos.... *ahem*
