FoH only needs a reduction in armor, a golden gun shot should kill them point blank, not do 183 damage.

So you're saying golden gun, the super that has the highest average killing potential and generates an average of 3 orbs per use should have no counter?
-
Did I say that? No, there's plenty of counters, shotgun blast, sniper headshot, team shooting the hunter as he uses it, nova bomb, and FoH. They are just a normal player during their super, I think it's bullshit that a super cannot counter another super, which it can't in this case.
-
Fist of havoc is already the worst super as it is incredibly situational. None of those things counter golden gun when used correctly.

All of them are counters to golden gun. Just because I'm good with my golden gun doesn't mean It wasn't difficult to get good with it. In the early days I was constantly killed mid animation or shot in the back or grenaded. Yes, now I usually get 2-4 kills with it, but that's because I've got my load out set properly and I know when to use my super and when not to. I don't just spam it first time I'm under the threat of death. I use it more often than not to clear the enemy from getting heavy, kill pesky campers, kill blade dancers, and other groupings on a control point. I see far too many titans wasting their super on one guy around a corner or one guy on a control point. Just shoot them better or shoulder charge bro, it's just as effective. Smart, skillful titans use their special to clear groupings, sometimes it's even okay to use as a quick way to fly across half the map if you have death from above on to either escape a situation or to get to a better firing position for a crossfire. Think tactically, that's what a super is meant for as a wild card that can change a match, not an oh shiz I'm about to die fix.

You will hardly ever find a good team grouping together to all get smashed at the same time. If you've played as a titan, you'll know that waiting to kill 2 or more people will have you holding onto your super for the whole match. If there are orbs around I'm gonna smash. If I'm running sniper and a hunter blinks above my head about to shotgun, I'm gonna smash. If there's a golden gunner round the corner, I'm gonna smash. If I have a sniper rifle that does not guarantee that I counter a golden gun user who can jump in the air and maintain 100% accuracy. Golden gun kills a nova bomber as it has no travel time. I'm not sure you understand what a counter is
