No Raid when TTK drops?

ARE YOU F'n KIDDING BUNGIE!!!!! No raid in HoW even though you said you would get one at a later date, and now the new raid isn't dropping when TTK is released? This would have been nice to know weeks ago when a lot of us put in requests for time off work. But I guess you didn't want to kill the pre-order sales telling us the truth too far in advance. ASSHOLES!!!

1 ReplyIn all fairness this time around it was expected though. We all won't be on the proper level to even enter the activity when TTK arrives. We won't even be able to enter a Nightfall without leveling up and grinding for new gear. And if people stop and remember how things developed in the past they would recall that the Vault of Glass wasn't a day 1 show up either. It was activated two or three weeks after the release if I recall correctly. It's not a biggie, but it better be one hell of a raid. Because if it ends up still being inferior to the VoG when it comes to the experience I have to say that the franchise will be pretty much dead for me in terms of sticking to it.

2 RepliesThey didn't make that decision lightly. A new raid will be available later this year :) Funny they always say this is year one with year two on September 15th. Unless they are talking About that HoW raid that didn't come. That's the only time 'year' meant jan-dec. :)

It's so that they can prolong the dlc and make it to where every one does not just grind through everything at once

2 RepliesThey're doing it so everyone has a chance to be properly leveled AND GEARED for the new raid. Every raid to date, except Crotas End normal mode, has been delayed to allow people to properly prepare. If you seriously think you can gain six levels, and completely new set of gear and weapons, max out a subclass, and find five other people as insane as you on DAY ONE, then you have issues Bungie cannot even cater to.
