Is Iron Banner even fun for you? A poll.
Is Iron Banner, with all it's good and bad parts, fun for you still? I'm curious about what you all think about it.

I prefer normalized crucible but that's the only problem

I enjoy it because more times than not I play with at least a few of my clanmates. Sometimes, we have a full fire team of our clan and then it's great fun. Even if we lose, or I scrub it up wit a lousy K/D, we're cracking on on chat and having a good ol time.

I love PVP, but even I am starting to get burnt out on that anti-fun fest...

I haven't played in the last few, none of the weapons are worth it anymore and the armor is all ugly now. No reason for me to play it anymore. When I did play before I would either play with a full team and deal with the lag or I would play solo and get destroyed half the games.

When the matches are even.... (Rarely), When you don't lag out ( Ok, Right), when your team mates have played PVP before.....scratch that, when your teammates play. ......ya I love it.

Some games are frustrating, some games are generally fun. When you join late, losing, and somehow manage to pull out a win. It's fun. When you join late, losing, and get you face ripped off every time you spawn. It's frustrating.

1 ReplyBefore.. Its fun, blink shotgun still dont infest the match, exotic handcannon? I can deal with it, with gunplay.... Now not enjoyable anymore, blink is not the problem, ridiculous range shotgun is, everyone run the same perk

not anymore the lag is horrendous the armor has been made useless the version 2 weapons arent as good as the version one weapons. soooooooooooooo

I'm not much of a PvP guy as I die a lot. Trials is something that I'm pretty bad at and it took me a long while to get into iron banner. I find it fun in part because I haven't been taking part for quite as long as others so it's still "new" ish to me. Obsolete or not, I got a full set of IB gear now and it make me happy to see it as kind of a trophy. Not one to show the world as I'm not the first, but just for myself. To me, it shows mostly my progression as a PvP player. One of these days I will get around to trials as well. Not for any reward to boast about...but to show it to myself.

I strongly believe Iron Banner will be much more fun-ner once the Weapon Re-Balance 2.0 is up and running. My auto rifles, my auto rifles, I've missed you so long!

I play it for fun now.. don't worry too much about the ranking or whatever. I was playing just because without any bounties earlier in the week. Kinda wish it was open all the time.

I'm not much of a pvp fan and my kd will prove that but because this was the last iron banner for year one I thought I'll at least give it a try. After 4 days I finally hit rank 5 and was actually surprised at how much I enjoyed it.

1 ReplyEvery time I went into iron banner I was put in a team half full and losing so I raged quit in the end after getting my rep upto lvl 3

They need to include different maps, objectives, and modes...then it would be "fun" again....now it feels like everything else: a grind

it stopped being fun, but this time I ran it without caring if I reached rank 5 and it actually was fun other than a few matches yesterday, there wasn't much lagging or invincibility perks either

Servers suck so bad i wait til the weekend to even get on destiny anyway

Hugely fun if doing with friends and a fireteam. Saw a few cheats though that was annoying. All lag glitching.
