Hi, I still need to do PoE 35 for the Year One Emblem. How long did it take you your first time (whole thing, not just Skolas) and, do you think this is a good (modifiers) week to do it? Thanks
-
First time was with lightswitch and something else. -blam!-ing pain in the dick is what it was. Either way we finished it im about 4 hours in total
-
First Skolas kill: week one. Less than 2 minutes. The whole poe? About an hour.
-
On a good run without a wipe 45 mins to get to skolas, then another 20 mins on skolas if you take it slow. On a bad run, wipes during cabals and the invincible capt target, it can take about an hour an a half to reach skolas, and if he has an attitude that day, maybe 2 hours to beat skolas if having a bad string of luck. The time depends on the team.

First week. 9 hrs ( no utube views ). Struggled until we heard of g horn blast .... Took awhile to complete Now between 1- 1.5 hours
-
2 or 3
-
An hour for the whole thing
-
Anyone know the burn for this week
-
Ugh.. Like 5 hours in total? One vet and two noobs (me being one of the noobs). Never want to do that every again. Was the least fun I've had in this game since the cryptarch turned my legendaries green.

1 ReplyWhenever I do it, it seems to take me the whole time (from start to finish)

an hour to reach him, about an hour-hour and a half to down him... These mods dont seem so bad, Angry isnt too bad on the fallen, and with catapult, DOT grenades will be super effective at keeping enemies from swarming you too hard

Edited by Duncling: 9/1/2015 9:12:29 PMTook me 4 and a half with 3 33's week 1 of HoW, we all had gjallarhorn and VoC, but the nuke him method did not work at 33

Edited by albinomachina: 9/1/2015 9:12:17 PM2 and a half hours probably.

Took about 3 hours first time as level 33 with 331 weapons (365 hawkmoon and small arms saved me). Other 2 with me were seasoned vets.

1 ReplyFirst time gave up after the third round. Second time gave up due to wasting 4 hours after so many attempts on Skolas with light switch and small arms. Third time beat Skolas in the second attempt and had just acquired the last of gold chests today.

My first time was a little under two hours. We wiped once before Skolas, just a stupid mistake. We spent most of an hour on Skolas. We had trouble learning to break the bonds, but once we broke them, we got the kill that time. As long as someone knows what they're doing and your group can stay positive, it really isn't that bad.

45 minutes

1 ReplyI don't remember the first week but on Arc burn, Skolas alone took us 4-1/2 hours.
-
Still need to finish it this weekend
-
2 Replies1.5hours with no burns. My team never failed the objectives. So basically no wipes.
-
2 RepliesGet A Good team! As long as someone in your team knows what there doing and explains it should go well. :) Use A Good primary arc a good secondary arc shotgun Good rocket launcher

Edited by J1bber: 9/1/2015 8:40:18 PMThe first time? That was the very first week and no one had any strategies or knew what they were doing... so the very first time it took about 6 hours, and I'm going to make the bold claim that if anyone tells you it wasn't a monster in that first week is basically lying. The last time I ran skolas it took about 15 minutes... not for the whole 35 PoE, just skolas himself. The whole 35 PoE took a little less than an hour. If you go in there with at least one guy who knows the drill it shouldn't take very long at all.... P.S. I think one of our fireteam posted our times on destinytracker... we usually stayed in the top 20 or 30... but of course that is only among the guys who posted. I'm sure there were a lot more who could do it faster.

Fist and only time, took about 1.5 hours.
-
1 ReplyIt took my group about two to two and a half hours to do the whole thing for the first time, and we only wiped on Skolas once.
-
2 RepliesFirst time took just about 3.5 hours with small arms and lightswitch

Edited by OLDSCRATCH4: 9/1/2015 8:32:20 PMTook about 4 hours, but that was back when we were all doing it for the first time and had know idea what the mechanics were.

2 RepliesProbably took my group about 3-4 hours. It was not a fun 3-4 hours either.
