Well deej already said that there are some exotics that will get an upgrade later on and that ghorn as it is won't be upraised to TTK levels. That possibly means that it's getting an upgraded blueprint just not right now. So until we get confirmation or a list of exotics that won't receive new blueprints we can't be sure. Yes I agree that what's the point if they won't carry over but that leads on to the point above, that they are possibly getting blueprints in the future.
