[spoiler]For those who don't know what this is; It's when a group of Titans use bubbles to produce orbs for Hunters who then spam Golden Gun. Titans make orbs for Hunters, Hunters make orbs for Titans, infinite supers. I first saw this months ago on YouTube and thought it was funny, but terribly broken. I finally had it happen to me... Three times in two days. Those number aren't very big, but it's obvious that it's going to be a big problem soon. So I'm writing this post to propose a solution. This is just one idea, and I'm sure others can think of better solutions, but here we go. Do we [b][u]really[/u][/b] need orbs in crucible? I can't remember a single time in crucible where I thought to myself, "I really need someone to make some orbs for me." I've always relied on kills to gain super, and rarely look for orbs. So I say we take orbs out of crucible. Or at least tweak it so that we make less orbs while in crucible. Remember, Bungie, [b][i]Crucible.[/i][/b] Just because it's broken in PvP doesn't mean it needs to change in PVE. (Again, if you have a better idea please put it in the comments. I'll be happy to add it to the post.) This isn't me whining about losing in crucible. Just look at my KD, I could care less about winning. However, I like to think that I at least stand a chance against the enemy team. And even if I don't I still have fun. But when this happens it guarantees that team a win, and there's nothing I can do to prevent that. I can't coordinate with my team to try and work together against it because no one is ever in team chat when you go in with randoms. And I can't "get good" when 3 hunters are running around with infinite golden gun. Anyways, I made this to see what the communities thoughts are on the matter, what suggestions you may have to defend against this when it happens, or an idea for Bungie to help fix this. [/spoiler]
