Folks, Luke Smith just announced with IGN that King's Fall will not be available when TTK launches and they'll announce when at a later date!
What are your thoughts?
Edit 1: The announcement is made in the last three minutes of the video.
Edit 2: Such great dialogue regarding the announcement as we trend in less than two hours! Thank you Guardians!
Edit 3: Bungie had tweeted the new raid, King's Fall, is completed and will launch on the heels of TTK.
Edit 4: King's Fall, the new raid in TTK, launches 9/18 at 10am PST.

Thanks for the year long Beta!!! Sell or s shit and act like its gold
-
Who cares Bungie sucks dick
-
You pay for it.Its not ready.bla bla bla as always.
-
To the people saying its good that it comes out later: What is your reasoning? You like to get your content spoon fed? It obviously means they haven't finished it yet. If you say it is the same as VOG, VOG is still glitchy. Just wondering why people support this.
-
That's how it's been. Vault didn't open until October. I don't think crota was available at TDB launch either
-
They also confirmed no Ghorn in year 2. PERIOD. Not coming in later DLC or in some patch. Ghorn is definitely done.
-
Good.
-
Can't let people run through it too quick. Bungie was probably pretty embarrassed with how soon after launch Crota was completed. By not releasing the raid day 1, reviewers will also have to hold off on giving a full review. So people who may have been swayed one way or the other may just end up making the purchase instead of waiting for a review.

Clearly ur not a day 1 player ..... If u was u would know they did this with vog and highest light was 29 for a few weeks till vog dropped then someone made 30 it was announced every where
-
They didn't allow crotas raid at the very start of dark below either I think. Or at least hard mode
-
its not bad, will give us time to level up and get better gear
-
Lol...what a joke...
-
It's to be expected, honestly. So long as its a week at most, people shouldn't mind.
-
This makes me happy in my nether region. Seriously though, I will need to level at least one character, so this is good.
-
Hopefully it's only a week like VoG was, that way people might not rush through the dlc as fast as they normally would. Any longer than that though and I'd have a problem, I can't see it taking more than a week (probably a few days honestly) to get 3 40s.
-
I don't mind either. With so many changes it'll be nice to get into a position to raid at my own pace.
-
Gives me time to level up some new gear.
-
It reminds me of how Vault of Glass released. For those of you who haven't played since Day 1, VoG released about a week after the game first launched, unlike Crota's End, which released day one of TDB, except Hard mode for it released towards December. In my opinion, I think this is a good idea because content that is delayed usually turns out to be awesome, like how VoG is better than Crota, or games such as Batman: Arkham Knight (for PS4 and Xbox One at least)
-
Won't be able to play it till we level up anyway. No big deal.
-
It's Kewl ain't like we can run it right away anyhow
-
I was hoping this would be the case, glad to hear it. This way people won't feel the need to burn through everything else to get to raid ASAP.
-
I'm ok with this.
-
I know, I do think Vault of Glass released two weeks after launch, same with crota's end I believe. Besides, theres going to be a lot of shit to do before we even think about raiding.
-
Gonna need a certain gear score anyway to do it lvling to 40 won't be enough
-
I'll be happy if they give us a week or two to level up and gear up (grind)

luke smith sucks and isnt funny.
