Are Psions female Cabal?
Think about it.
Although the Flayer's names might [i]sound[/i] masculine to us humans, maybe they are female names to Cabal. And maybe the Vanguard are wrong when they call Psions "he's".
Thoughts?
EDIT: Let's add another layer to this discussion. To Cabal even [i]have[/i] genders?
EDIT: Lighting Lord made a good point. Maybe the Cabal are like army ants. Army ants each have a specific purpose, like the big ones with big pincers, or small ones that overwhelm enemies, or ants that secrete a corrosive substance. Maybe Psions are just a subspecies of Cabal?
EDIT: Grimoire says that Psions [u][i][b]may[/b][/i][/u] be a different species. I might be wrong and the Cabal would be female and the Psions male!

the psions are a different species conquered by the Cabal, at bes are second class citizens and at worst they they are slaves, they have the power to communicate telepathically and have the power over machines, though they are inferior to Cabal, Calus originally wanted to free the psions but was killed before he could, now they are currently a part of the Cabal empire unless Caiatl wants something done with them.

3 RepliesMaybe there is no sexual dimorphism (Differences between male and female). Maybe the all look the same and that ant theory is correct. Until we get confirmation that "Hey guys, this one here is a female", we won't really know. All we can do is theorize like we are now. I do like that ant one though. Makes sense. I mean, who says that aliens have to be just like us humans.

Since the Cabal are Space Romans, I'd say the Psions are a separate species that serve as auxiliaries, much like how the Romans used Numidians, Thracians, etc. to augment their own legions.

As far as I know, Psions are a client race. They work with the Cabal because of some deal I guess. I am still wondering whether they have genders though.....
