Community Contest for Free TTK DLC: Show your "Legendary Moment"
We began our journey almost a year ago to become a legend amongst the stars. Now, it's time to prove you've become legend, and have what it takes to go against the Taken Army.
[u]How would you prove it you might ask?[/u]
Simple: Show us something unique, something thought impossible, something that will make your fellow Guardians know that you are a [b]true legend[/b].
If you had a clutch moment, was the last guardian alive in a raid and managed to still clear the checkpoint: it all counts Guardians. It's the moment you felt you had become a legend. Showcase it. Brag about it. You deserve to. But the judging will be based on the most unique, legend-defining achievement.
If you wish to have your Moment considered, post a link here with a description and why it deserves to be considered the most [b]Legendary Moment[/b].

1 ReplyI once killed a fellow guardian with his own sparrow .....how you might ask A pack of wolves was in the skywatch next to the cliff side right when it ended a guy showed up and got off his sparrow(next to the cliff)so I took the opportunity to shoot his sparrow which continued to push him of the cliff. If that doesn't make me legend I don't know what can

We were at oracles on hard mode VoG, everyone died before the 3rd to last round of oracles. Me and my other friend we he last two alive, we two manned the next two phases of oracles and he died and I soloed the last round, no ghally.

I didn't record it but it was awesome. So there whole team was final rounding and I decided to do the same.it was 4 to 4 and it was 3v1. I stuck one withy tribune and famed the other. I wasted a bullet in my mag and the another one. The second shot hit the weakened one. The I quicks scoped final round the other guy and we won[spoiler]my team was going crazy[/spoiler]

It was a 34 prison of elders with the grounded modifier on. Machine wrath was the boss (big yellow servitor) We had been at it for about an hour and finally got it down to low health. We were on the left side of the arena and the boss was on the right. We were out of heavy and sniper ammo with captains closing in on us. We desperately shot the boss with our primaries praying that it would die. As i was shooting i heard "guardian down"..." Guardian down" I was the last one left. I desperately shot the boss with my fatebringer and knew that either i would be killed by the captains a few feet behind me or the boss died first. On the last round in my magazine i killed it. But there were still captains behind me so i ran off the edge of the platform with captains shooting at me. Grounded was on so i took alot of damage. I landed with no visible health left and the enemies de spawned. I couldn't believe i was still alive.

It's very minor, but.. I clutch killed Aksor in a nightfall with a nighthawk GG shot.

Don't have it recorded, but I remember the last Iron Banner I was with my party on Rusted Lands, heavy spawned, rushed the enemy heavy Six man nova bomb. Everyone was hype

Hmmm, let me think. Oh, I know. So I was running hard VoG as relic holder on Templar. He enrages and it's only me and 2 others. We cleanse and shoot him and kill minotaurs. Then the 3rd guy dies. So it's 2. This is when things get weird. We keep fighting the minotaurs and shooting the Templar. But, the oracles had vanished. They didn't appear again until I finally died. So I had somehow beat the oracles.

2 RepliesI doubt it's legend material but I just like telling it. Heavy ammo spawned and I threw a grenade at it from the other side of a hill, can't see anyone on my radar, and I get a triple hazard play and steal the heavy x,D

I joined a salvage match with no one above level 25 on my team and the other team was up by 1000 points, I went 29-4 and we won.

Would saving the day count? Countless crota fails because we didn't have a Titan to bubble so I distracted the boomers underneath. Last few hits, crota killed sword bearer. Over soul came out and everyone was calling it quits. They try shooting over soul out of desperation but hit crota instead. I almost die from thrall because I had low health to begin with but somehow manage to make it up to crota in time for him to kneel, grab the sword and kill him. I have a clip of it in my uploads. Once I figure out how to share uploads I'll share it.
