I love Destiny, but this rubbish with 7-Eleven and Red Bull is ridiculous! The folks at 7-Eleven have no idea how this works and Red Bull is totally useless!
1. I can't get any of the codes from my cans to be accepted. Period. Bought 6 cans with a 0% success rate.
2. After attempting to enter three cans, I get kicked off their site for "irregular activity". Translation: You've been unsuccessful in multiple attempts to enter your legitimate codes.
3. I have utilized the "contact us" option, which only permits you to enter a single code at a time, but have little faith in their ability to get this right.
4. I've been playing Destiny since way back in the betas and have held on through many disappointing trials and tribulations. Please don't make me feel like I've been scammed again? Please? I know I am being scammed, but I would at least like to hold on to the illusion that you guys mean well and aren't just -blam!- my wallet.

The people at 7 / 11 would have no idea how this works anyway, they are just employees they have nothing to do w/ the promotions or special things like this just b/c they work there. This is all on bungie and redbull

I hate to disagree, but employees should be knowledgeable about the basics of any ongoing promotions. If my employees ever dropped the ball on something like that, they wouldn't be employed for long. It's a responsibility that comes with the job.

Dude it's a convince store who employes people at minimum wage, get real

I've worked minimum wage jobs in the past. I am very "real". I expect no more or less of an employee than I do of myself, and you seem to be under the misinformed impression that minimum wage somehow entitles employees to under perform. It does not. Some of the best-performing workers I've ever known worked for minimum wage and often deserved more. That is a different conversation. I am a strong believer in raising minimum wage to a standard that allows employees to support their families. However, I am also a strong believer in terminating employees with no sense of pride in their work, poor attitudes toward the job and a sense that their minimum wage job is not worth completing to the expectations of the corporation and the consumers who support them by patronizing their place of business. That mindset is the difference between success and failure in life as well as business. I always strive to be a fair employer and in return I expect solid work from the people I employ, regardless of their pay rate.
