I have a GameStop Sparrow Code...
Tell me what your favorite moment was during Year One, the most nostalgic moment gets a sparrow code.

Edit: Most of you probably don't know what it is, but it was a exclusive GameStop sparrow that you could only get for pre-ordering.
He gave me 20 codes on my receipt and I decided I wanted to give out some.
Edit 2: I'll be choosing this Friday for who gets the codes.
Edit 3: So many good memories are coming back, I've narrowed it down to 50 people each day I'll shave off ten and come down to it on Friday evening.

(This was back when xur had only sold it once before on week 5) everyone was like hey you got Icebreaker and I was like no I only got swordbreaker which I was happy about. Once we got back to orbit to my amazement I got the helmet, swordbreaker, and Icebreaker! I was so psyched!

I'd say a moment from the beta. -Defeated Devil Walker after many, many deaths and four hours of trying- Thanks -blam!-ing god it's over. We can finally log off! I said to my friend. When we found out there was more, our reactions were priceless.

When everyone was simply shocked and confused when first encountering the gorgons. That was a hoot to watch

My moment was getting the gjallahorn to drop the day before Xur sold it in week 2! Funny thing is I didn't even the strange coins to buy it if I wanted to but I literally went into a frenzy when I got it!

Favorite moment was how much I'd grown, I started of dreaming of legendarys and not even knowing what exotic are, then you get your first one, it's just the best, to see how you grow and become legend

My favorite memory was trying to get back to the starting area with my friend, it just sucked because there was a closed gate... Now my friend is on XBONE and I'm still 360.

A very common answer, but since I was late to destiny and I didn't know what destiny was all about yet. So I was doing strikes for a whole week. So when I finally got a a group that would help me through Vault of Glass and show me what to do and how to do it, it was the best feeling. It took 5 days of constant searching and these guys helped me through so when Atheon like disintegrated, it felt so amazing and was even better when everyone was jealous of me getting the Vision of Confluence and Found Verdict my first go and I had no clue what they were!

My favorite memory was when I first beat atheon and got the Suros Regime back in its day. But the best feeling was finally having that raid team I could communicate with.

Getting carried through my first raid by a guy who im still friends with.. we cheesed the shit out of templar and atheon lol.. got an atheons epiloge and was so so stoked on it, thought it was the bext gun every... oh how i was wrong hahahaha

My faveorite memory was my first trials flawless. It felt so good to be considered among the elite crucible players, even if it took me a few weeks. I had a great time and was hyped when i opened the chest.

I remember getting my first legendary, an Epitaph with some amazing perks. It had Firefly, final round, and field scout. Unfortunately, I dismantled it when I realized I couldn't 331 it....

Back in vanilla destiny when you used to be able to ride your sparrows in crucible matches, I killed not one, but two arc bladers with my sparrow on bastion [b]in the same match[/b]. Sadly I didn't save the game clip and they were deleted by Xbox :( That was probably my favorite year one moment.

Favorite moment was defiantly that feeling on day one just so tingly the games open the put on my founders and beta emblems and people would be like where did you get that and is say Become legend that's how

My favorite moment was probably running VoG with a whole team of people that had never done it before. They were all kids but they were really funny!(and polite :o) When one of them found out I was a lady he freaked out and said something like, "ladies kinda make me uncomfortable I mean if you say the wrong thing they'll get mad at you so always respect women" man, I had to mute my mic because I was laughing so hard. One of them even got the Gally too. But the best part was when we beat it and one kid got Atheons Epilogue, he was [b]so[/b] excited that I could tell he was crying with joy. Anyways, that's probably my favorite moments of year 1

My favorite memory was discovering the people that would later form my clan. I started the game day one, and I only knew one person to play with. So I looked on the forums for people to do Atheon, and I found a group of six people that formed the clan TechnocalypticCybergeddon. For the past year I have stayed with this clan to beat atheon, normal and hard, play countless strikes, farm for materials, farm for engrams, be one of the frist 50 groups to beat crota, and much more. This time is the most memorable, because I was able to make friends that have lasted for an entire year, even though I never physically met them.
