If you can't capture, don't play.
But don't share them if they aren't good. In this video, he gets 76 kills, and thorn and felwinters + blink, aside, well done for that. However, just watch that one more time.
This is possibly one of the worst gameplays I have seen, for one reason. He is control. He captured no zones whatsoever, and he is in control. One of the examples is at 1:41, he has a neutralized C zone right in front of him. He just walks past it. C is probably the better zone because on A there are 5 possible attack points and little cover, but on C you can take cover in the tunnels.
If you are going to play control, capture the zones. If you aren't objectively correct once in 3 games or don't get a hat-trick medal, you shouldn't be playing.
And if you have captured 10 zones, go for more. The Best...Around is just a bonus achievment, and if you want that, go into clash or skirmish.
I am in the top 10% for zones captured and neutralized, and it is really annoying when people get 1 or 2 or even 0 captures in a game.

I know you will hate on me for this, but seriously, if you can't do the objective, you shouldn't be in the game.
Edit: Yup was right. OK let me be more specific. In control, it isn't all captures. I know that myself, because I've just got 2 captures and back to back relentless. However, what you should do is take two zones, and lock them in the 3rd, allowing your team to dominate. For example take C and B on shores of time, so you have a sniping point, and the enemy are stuck in caves.

That's way more points and way more helpful. It makes it much easier for the rest of his team to cap zones as well. He's also offensively defending teammates capping zones as the enemy has to go through him first to even get to the points.

1 ReplyControl is not cod domination. I've watched well known twitchers play control and no one on the team cap a single zone and still win by 15k. There are different roles on a good team. If you can just run around and get 40+ kills, you should do that. The people who can't string kills together should be group capping the 2 good zones, and defending.

He must have had the most shit teammates ever. I mean five other players and he did enough slaying to cover them all yet they couldn't do shit, lol. Yeah totally his bad, he's obviously horrible. You need slayers like him on your team, especially for objectives game types. Imagine how easy it would be to win if you had a guy running around shitting on everyone.

What's even funnier, this is going on while IB is going on meaning all the actual try hards aren't playing, also meaning that he's playing PvP casuals. 76 kills is impressive but that's only impressive when you do it against elite players. He did this to the lower tier players so nothing impressive at all about this gameplay. Just another trash player claiming he's playing the "meta" only to look good when he knows he relies on those weapons.

Kills wins control, not points. He was fulfilling the role of slayer and doing a damn good job. His teammates can capture the points while he takes out the other team.

If you're playing Control capping points is certainly important. However,, if you go negative you are giving the other team more points than you are bringing in for your team. You can talk up your captures all you want but if you don't get kills you're still a bad player

Control in Destiny is a glorified Team Death Match. Look up the videos where 6-men teams don't cap 1 zone the entire match and destroy their opponents. This guy did great.

I would much rather have him than someone who captures but goes negative. They should've made Control like CoD's domination where points come from the flags, but in control, the flags just give multipliers for kill points. You can win without capping a single flag, but you can't win without kills.

If you don't get kills you can't win. If my team caps 0 control points, Dies 0 times, and gains 50 kills we still win with zero caps. Killing = more points then zone capping killing with zones = more points then kills with no cap zones. But either way you still need to kill.

In the new domination mode yes. In control no. He scored more than half the teams points. I think he's fine.

I dont need to capture. Why? Because i get soooo many kills at B flag (while we have 2 flags) that they never capture it So how can i capture?
