Should shoulder charge be nerfed since blink is getting nerfed
Really bungie your gona Nerf blink fine them the shoulder charge should go down to because it follows you up and kills you even if you blink so if blink goes down the shoulder charge goes down also.

Shoulder charge is a little harder to use Timing is critical Start running too late and it won't charge in time Start running too early and it runs out 5 seconds Unless you waste an exotic for 3 more
