If you get killed head on by a shoulder charge, you should be nerfed.
Should charge takes time to build and can easily be stopped by a shotgun.

Considering the area shoulder charge effects it should be nerfed. I have been behind a Titan before and he hit me with it

Once out of how many? Ive whiffed numerous times and have had titians miss me. Taking a few times out of all and saying "that was OP, nerf it!", is not justified for a nerf. People are mad that its a one hit kill. As i said, a shotty will backflip them before they even get to you.

True you can whiff with it, but no ability outside of a super should be a one shot kill. The only way it would be except able is if the other classes had a one shot kill not in a super. Do you catch my drift? And don't say Titans deserve blink because firstly it's not in the lore and a blink shoulder charge would be too over the top.
