Nightingale Error code

two days ago i started receiving Nightingale error codes when trying to play Destiny. I've never had this problem before and was playing the game just a few days prior. I tried both clearing the cache and reinstalling the game and the problem has not been resolved. The only other thing I see listed in these forums is that there might be some hardware error. Not sure what kind of error that means. I literally have no other problems playing games with my PS4. If I were to contact Sony, what should I say? I have no problems except playing Destiny and Bungie says that its a hardware issue? I see that other people have had similar issues to me and I have to wonder if it really is a hardware issue. Please give me some further advice or insight into the Nightingale error code. Unfortunately for me I preordered TTK and now feel like I wasted $40, which i probably did. Thanks in advance for your help

  • same problem on xbox one here. Hopefully they fix this before TTK drops, as I preordered it as well.

    HI Azerbo00, In regards to this issue it is best if you turn off and unplug your PS4. From this point ensuring that it is completely unplugged attempt to press the eject button multiple times until it no longer beeps doing so. This is a manual release of the maintained power in your device that can be used to store a cache on ram or CPU. In doing this then turn of your router for 2 minutes so all packets are relieved and dropped. Then plug it all back in and try again. If the problem persists unfortunately your best bet is to uninstall the game completely and reinstall. Kind Regards, Gamer_number_vii

    • I have the same problem on my xbox one after playing for 3 months and Microsoft says it is a Bungie issue but Bungie has not chat or hotline and offers no advice or reply even on twitter
