It's annoying but can be dealt with. The weakness to this strategy is that it's not mobile, they have to more or less stay in the same spot so what you do is you let your team cap two zone wait till everyone has a super then got ham on them. Once you break the bubble colony it should be easy to keep it from happening since you know they will do it.
