dislocated thumb , a mental breakdown with signs of severe depression and a burnout of the entire destiny PvP...
It was one of the most depressive experience in destiny ,and I will NEVER EVER play rumble again even if they will give me Fate of all Fools..I've played around 250-300 games with about 100 games loosing by a single kill or less than a kill which makes so mad I wanna punch the guy behind this grimoire card..
Anyways I'm done crying I had to make the post to be relieved a little bit..so tell me about yourself, did you or did you not finish the 100 wins yet? if so how did it went? hopefully faster and less frustrating than me...
Edit : Wow,I never expected that many replies and so many guys stuck with this grimoire card,Good luck to you all!
Edit 2 : My setup was Warlock Sunsinger with selfrez firebolt nades, thorn or hawkmoon, and Judgement VI as secondary,I suck in TLW so I dont use it in rumble, but its definitely one of the best killing machines if you know how to handle it..forgot the mention max armor with the ram..
Edit 3: For all of you asking how long it took me,I started the serious grinding in less than a week, some days I grind so hard I get 20 wins/day and some days Im too tired and give up with 5-7 wins, but each day I've invested at least 6 hrs only in rumble, total play time for my rumble was around 28 hrs to get that 100 wins..don't do my mistake, take it easy with a daily objective of 5 wins or so ,you'll still have your sanity in the end of the 100 wins wild ride :) .

Edited by JustOnePepsi: 8/29/2015 5:39:13 AMThe most infuriating aspect of Rumble is those pansies that go into it with friends and then boost kills off of them. GTFO, bad kids.

You're a legend for completing that man, you should be proud. Rumble is my next grimoire that I'll be chasing and like you said, I lost by 50 points couple of times. What really annoys me is when some are in a Fireteam and you're leading, they all gun for you while a level 25 comes from behind and kills all of them and wins it hehe .. I just recently quit smoking and I'm not looking forward to that :/

If u stop playing rumble, then all you did was for nothing... Honestly, u can look and say, im a better pvper than when i started at 0 rumble. I didnt improve too much, but just bits here and there, ull be better pvp player. I encourage u to keep playing rumble, but for different reasons now than grimoire. If u decided to go with warlock, i suggest void walker, the ram, primary of choice ure most comfortable with, matador, deviant gravity A or btrd or something similar of power and stability and range hmg. I done my 100 out of 300 or so wins, using red death, against thorn tlw and hawks...

It's gonna take me like 600+ games to finish this one unless auto rifles make a come back (The only weapon I truly wreck with) Get on some medication buddy... while I fking respect anyone that finishes that grimoire, it's ludicrous. Should be something like "Kills in Rumble", at least every game would contribute to it.

I'm close to max grimoire but I know I will never get it because I despise rumble. Even when I win a game I didn't enjoy it. I have like 10 wins and have no intention of going for 100.

i felt the same :c

Edited by Balskarr: 8/29/2015 9:54:47 AMLuckily I had this done before triumphs dropped. Oh wait this is rumble. Yeah no, not doing that.

Edited by madcrabs: 8/29/2015 9:28:56 AMHate pvp in destiny, but is there no way to boost it? Like play against friends? I don't know how big the fireteams are but if it's 3v3 does it split a fireteam of 6 up to play against each other?
-
Rumble is just shotgun, shotgun, shotgun... Skill means nothing in Rumble... Sad story
-
It's because you used sunsinger. It's such a stressing subclass to use. Void walker 4 life.
-
3615 grimoire and don't think 50 rumble wins is even worth 5 grimoire points since only 1% of Destiny players even has over 3500 in the first place.
-
Rumble is without a doubt the least rewarding activity in Destiny. Unless you are a god at pvp the amount of games you have to play to get that 100 must be between 200-1000
-
In the next nine years I might have it but I really can't be bothered doing it.its a grind I'm gonna swerve.but well done for sticking it out I can believe how much of a pain in the ass it was.
-
What do you get exactly if you do that?
-
Pretty easy for me.
-
git gud scrub
Nah for me it was pretty simple. Just get a Mida Multi-Tool and breeze on through like Cayde-6. Though I do have the 'holy shit this wall to my left is gonna come down' moments

Edited by Mix It Up MK: 8/29/2015 7:11:05 AMI always do rumble with my buddies, so I there's a chance I may have the card. I haven't heard of it up until now Edit: nope nm I only have 43 wins

Rumble is my favorite, because a loss in Rumble is all my fault. Unless there's lag. Losing because your team keeps taking A on Blind Watch... that is maddening.
-
lol set up is self rez and no last word. No wonder you're having a bad time.
-
Rumble is the easiest out of all crucible grimoire cards, unless u play with parties.

I'm waiting till weapon patch
-
I'm pretty good at rumble and it's fun to play with friends, but I'd rather die than play solo
-
I cannot STAND rumble... I have 13 wins.. I'll wait for a better selection option for rumble then I'll go for all 100.

I've never had a huge problem with winning in crucible ( probably got that hundred done in October/November) but i have a knack for FPS and it's basically halo styled so it's relatable to something. It's much easier to win in clash or if you have a three man team for skirmish but GG for that many rumble wins (I'm at like 50-60 last I saw in game)
