Not an in game notification. Might see some serious abuse as well from vindictive or trollish players. The average, non-offensive, not cheating, or even not lagging player might receive a lot more reports than he may realize, especially if the reporter KNOWS he'll he can see the message.

Maybe there could be a cap on how many you could send per match. Getting 100 cheater notifications after a match would be annoying

If this would be implemented, that cap should be once per player you are reporting, you don't get notified from the same player more than once per match. But even if it's not, all it take is a trollish team to spam 6 at you to get you infuriated. The idea that it shows up at all opens it up as spam abuse, and gives Bungie unnecessary work to have to look at the reports to find that they were from a team of little shits. Getting notifications after the match might be a better idea, but I still wouldn't put it past people to abuse it that way too.

abuse of the report feature should be a temp ban-able offence anyway, still don't know why it isn't i know people who send 50+ after they get wrecked in crucible... all it does is spam the reports and lessen the chances of real cheaters being caught.
