Overall, even though I don't like most of it, it was a good drop of information for once. My opinions are as follows. [u][b]Strikes in General[/b][/u] What I understand is that we are essentially getting some strike specific gear in a raid style aspect. I think this is a good start and hope that it includes boss themed ghost shells as well as armor and weapons. [u][b]Nightfall[/b][/u] This I don't like as much. The addition of the 30 second timer penalty I think is fine for this level activity. What I don't agree with is the fact that they are removing the boot to orbit should the whole team die. Without that the only things that makes the Nightfall any different from a Heroic is the nightfall modifier is going to give some extra enemies shielding, and a chance for an exotic at the end. I also don't like the fact that they are removing the exp buff. They say they are adjusting exp gains to compensate but they shouldn't have needed to in the first place. So what if we played first thing in the week. That was our choice because we wanted the boost to reputation gained in factions or a boost in leveling up new weapons we found. [u][b]Weekly Heroic[/b][/u] First off I like that this is turning into a playlist rather than having a dedicated strike each week. This should make it more enjoyable if we choose to run it several times. What I don't want to see though is the fact that they are making things account wide. Yes it may make it easier, but then why should we have other characters if we can do what we currently do on three characters on one instead [u][b]CE Class items, Shaders, and Emotes[/b][/u] I was starting to think they had completely forgotten about this topic so its nice to see an update on it. However why is it that those who are getting the collectors edition because they wanted those regardless of the fact that they already had the old content are now going to get even more on top of that. Im pissed because I didn't have the ability to afford something like that when it was announced so now I have to miss out on even more content and, even if I could have bought it though I would be just as pissed at Bungie for basically saying "Oh, we know what you are getting already but you have to wait because it won't be ready yet." Which is pretty much what they said to us year one "vip" players and look at the crap we are getting. The only good thing I see in the vip pack is a solid black sparrow. If the ghost had been colored black instead of oarnge so that it matched the rest I might be a little happier about the vip pack.
