Pretty much the same besides some minor differences. All about preference really

You have to reroll the Hopscotch to get a good roll. Messenger comes "out of the box" with a great roll. Apart from that they are both laser beams...

Yea but there are so many perks to make HSP great. So its not to hard to get the perfect roll. I got reactive reload on one. Glass half full on one and headseeker on the other. And they all have high stability. I think the only thing the messager has over HSP is range

Yeah pretty much. Messenger has better range. Hopscotch has perfect stability. It's preference between the 2 tbh. I prefer messenger purely for the looks lol
