Is Felwinters Lie worth it over things like Matador or Party Crasher?
Just wondering. If I rolled the best perks for Felwinters that are available, would it be better than current shotguns?

If you happen to have a Dark Below Felwinters then it's better than the Matador.

Over the other shotguns yes. But going through all the laggy games and thorns im not so sure it's worth it
