I've got 28 after all upgrades, mainly from trials runs, usually flawless 3x a week and that gives you 3 per character. If this isn't useful in TTK I will be extremely annoyed, I'm hopeful to trade it in for something 9/15 like xp or legendary marks, time will tell....
