I accused a really good sniper of abusing final round...his response wrecked me.
Normally I just send people messages telling them that they're lagging bad.

Something like "20+ kills, that's a lot of final rounds lol"

Considering special is every two minutes and you spawn with 5-6 shots you can get 2 final rounds off spawn and within a minute you could get 3 more. Considering the match is 10-15 minutes long you could get 16 final rounds after the initial minute, so by all means he could have abused it.
