I only send messages after a PvP game if: 1. Someone messages me first and I reply, whether it's hate or not. 2. I win or lose a very close competitive game, then I usually send "good game" and some other stuff. 3. When I know for sure the enemy cheated. Not like bad connection, but like those videos people post of infinite nova bombs and whatnot.
