Rarely, though a bunch of scrubs deserve it. I do send out praise messages to people from time to time if they seem worthy without running meta crap. The last time I sent hatemail was at a group of people in rumble that teamed up, not killing each other and all running scrub stuff like TLW, Thorn, Shotguns, etc. I won the match still. People like them are utter garbage that ruins the game. (That round I was trying out my new Ill Will handcannon and a Fusion Rifle)
