It's seems to me that when using the burn perk with throwing knives that there is a good chance they do not inflict burning on the person hit. This happens a lot in PvP and seems like it might be linked to dieing. Ex: you shoot someone to weaken them and then hit them with a throwing knife but die before the knife hits and the burn does come into effect. Is this a known issue or is it a mechanic of the throwing knife? Edit 1: There was a comment about burn stacks as well as other burns; such as warlock melee. My original post was in reference to a fresh burn from a throwing knife as currently no burns stack, to my knowledge at least. Is it possible other burns are bugged as well?
