Hopscotch Pilgrim Dropping?
Seriously I've been grinding since Saturday night and I haven't seen 1!!! Not even a drop for someone else. If it wasn't for the fact I had one and I get owned by it in crucible I'd say it's been taken out of the game.
Edit: finished Iron Banner today so carried on my search and it dropped first strike of the night but I didn't think it was for me as it went to postmaster so I've been grinding all night looking for it still :-o lol

1 ReplyEdited by ValorDLX: 8/24/2015 8:14:40 PMIt's pretty rare. One of the current rarest drops. Keep at it. It's worthwhile, and you'll get it soon. Vanguard Dragon strikes, mate. And in case anyone tries to tell you your weapons now won't matter in a week, consider all Year One content, low level TTK story missions, basic crucible modes, and power level doesn't mean a thing in Destiny's competitive modes. A 26 in trials can destroy a maxed 34 if they're more aware and skilled in approach. I complained about all this with exotics, but with Year One gear other than Year One exotic gear, that ain't half bad.

1 ReplyDead Air 09F3 Pulse rifle. I've been grinding for Hopscotch Pilgrim for weeks and nothing. I just got a Blue Pulse rifle from Dragon strikes and its the same as the Hopscotch except for range. Its on my Titan right now. 30 impact same as HP, and with the right roll 100% stability. Only difference is range. So while you grind, and you get this with the right roll ( this was my second), its worth keeping till you get a Hopscotch

Sunday morning my 3rd ever dragon strike on my 3rd char it dropped. Sitting on my Warlock now with a good roll :)

Got mine two weeks ago after 60+ strikes. Ran out of weapon parts when rerolling. Did a few strikes for weapon parts and received a 2nd Hopscotch. Now I have one with reactive reload and one with headseeker. Could not roll hidden hand with other good perks though. Not within 100 rerolls

I have three. I upgraded one and the other two are kinda collecting dust. Funny thing is I got one on each character, but I'm holding two on my Titan if for some reason I want to use it.

My grind did it for 8 days, 10 hours a day (nerd). Got it on the 8th day. Around 350+strikes

6 RepliesFeel your pain, 200+ strikes, 20+ lvl 28 POEs and no luck. But in your travels, if you come by a rare(blue) pulse rifle "dead air 09f3" keep it. It shares the same base stats as hopscotch/messanger/spare change, with high stability. Even in iron banner, it is a 2 shot kill with all critical hits. It is a good substitute until you get the hopscotch or messanger.
