So there we have it. The first, and only reply to the communities regarding the y1 lies that y2 is shining light on.
Y1 accountability does not matter because it's a new year. That means moving forward y3 can and will negate y2 promises.

ATVI don't want to wake up see thousands of complaints they don't want any part of the media to pick this up... 3 Call Sony Call Microsoft neither of them want their customers pissed off. A pissed off console owner may well let it collect dust, they want you happy and spending... Let them know how Bungie are damaging your trust of the whole console industry!! 4 check to see if your state as some way to burden bungie with local small claims courts... Frankly if you cant be bothered complaining and seeking justice you don't deserve it!. (Bungie redirects all bbb issues back to activison , they started that this summer because it would seem they were getting lots of complaints for the first time in many years))

4 RepliesThis is so sad in a way. Still it's a game and that makes the sadness very relative. But still.... why Bungie decides to keep pissing the people off that provide them income is beyond me. House of Wolves was an awesome step in the right direction. Now this Taken King BS.... :-( Iron Banner will probably be here next week: what's the point? Trials of Osiris each weekend: what's the point? Prison of Elders: what's the point? All the gear and weapons will be useless within less than a month. Only thing that doesn't get affected is plain ol' crucible. But the laaaaaaagggg............. :-(

That's awful. I'm just shocked. The fact he used twitter and doesn't address a 5000+ post on a forum. The fact they can change their mind every year. I've just about had enough. You can check my post history, I love this game. I've spent thousands of hours. I've literally spent days grinding crota for necrochasm, poe for the exotic bounty weapons. To invalidate these weapons is laughable. They don't need new perks. They don't need anything done to them. Just use an exotic shard and max level again. If it is over powered do the bloody job and balance them. Don't remove them. Company has turned into a joke.

It's the mixed messages that annoy me. I posted about it after the Twitter reveal where they took time to say how hard they've worked to allow you to keep your favourite gear ... but only the new gear of course, we're not allowed to have "old" favourites. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/148051821/0/0/1 Either make a game where you collect and keep your weapons or follow the old RPG pattern of new level, new guns. This swinging back and forth is just a mess.

4 Replies"A new beginning", eh? So that confirms that Y1 was a beta. But let's go with the New Beginning. You give me back the $100 I spent, then I'll delete my characters. Why not? The gear is worthless anyway. Then I will buy TTK for $60, and keep the $40. That's a new beginning to me.

1 ReplyI really think the best thing Bungie could do is fire Deej. They should know that having a condescending community manager will only cause more problems for them. I for one would look at Bungie differently of they apologized for Deej, fired him, and hired a community manager who was actively trying to talk to people without being a douche.

Way to keep people interested, Bungie. For example besides playing for the hell of it, why bother with iron banner for the etheric light? Anything you ascend will be usless in year two content.

13 RepliesBump... I just posted on another thread and this is my solution to EVERYTHING!!! Make everything able to be ascended to legendary.. White, green, blue? Who cares? If you like how it looks you should be able to forge perks into it upon reaching uncommon, rare etc... That way ANY weapon or armor can look how you want it to, perform like you want it to and grow with you.. Truly becoming our own legends... The millennium falcon isn't the newest and shiniest ship in the galaxy but I would still take it over a brand-new tie fighter or x-wing.. It has a story and lore... What we ALL want for our characters, a sense of where we have been and what we went through to get the stuff we have.. With TTK all of that is gone...
