Its hard to get a group of people patient enough to allow the time it takes someone to learn something new like the sword. I've started many runs were our objective was to teach someone the sword when we got there, only to have everyone say they just want to get the Raid over with by the time we got to that point. Its tough when there's someone in the group who can run the sword, to try and teach someone else how to do it.
