Not saying it didn't. Just look at the top trending topics though, majority are lowercase. Hell, the "No exotics left behind!" Petition has 4284 comments and 1235 upvotes.

That's because it reaches a wider audience than this weapon does on its own. Not going to stop using all caps where it's deserved.
