Tips for a Level 30 Hunter?
So I got Destiny a while back (soon after release) and I played most of the story and got bored with it and stopped playing for a while. But recently my friend came over and we dual-screened to finish the story and now I'm practically addicted. I'm a level 30 Hunter and I need/want some tips. I will reply to most of y'all and tell y'all if I know that specific thing. Thanks.

Do the raids until you reach level 32. When you get to 32. Do the level 32 POE every week and buy the armor piece from variks. Also try and get etheric light in any way possible, (night falls, iron banner, POE, etc...) then ascend your armor.

Hit up xur, the nightfall and Poe. Between those you will hit 34 soon.

Find a group that you can play with at the same times you do. The 100.io is good for this. Do raids, nightfalls and POE with them.

nightfall is a must might be hard if i were you id go do strikes until you have enough marks to buy a peice of armor (make sure you have vangaurd at level 3) Do bounties to get it up nightfalls grant a xp boost for the whole week it helps. After strikes get the armor and maybe find some people to help you do raids when your 32 do the 32 PoE and get the armor core get a 42 light piece of armor from the reef after that do the 34 if you can get the ethric light upgrade a peice of armor wait til the reset get to 34 and do some raids

Run nightfall and raids every week. Also do the heroic strike so you can get coins to buy things off of xur. You'll be on your way to getting lots of good gear in no time

Just get some good stuff to get yourself started once it comes out. Oh, and maybe finish your moment of triumph. All you get is the emblem, but it's still something to be proud of.

1 ReplyActually, I've been reading replies to this post, and have seen that people say the OP has ORIGINALLY said something about hand cannons being overpowered. Since that was edited out (from what I can conclude), all I can say is Welcome to the Forums. I'll make a post about Guardians who have returned after a year or so. If you would like to hit 34 fast, I would suggest buying some dlc (if you have the money, if not, just grind vanguard marks since you aren't so into crucible from what I understand). That will allow you to get better gear as you can tell. Good luck on the field.
