I understand the price I don't understand making ALL gear worthless I hate all exotics won't be upgradable I'm disgusted our raid gear will be trash Give me the option to pay to bring my gear with me since that is the only thing you understand. $100 fee to bring all gear along in year 2 and have it upgradable.
We can't be alone in thinking their should be a big discount for yr one players who have purchased all content.
Discount? No. REAL INCENTIVES to pre-order? Yes. Year One Shader, ship, sparrow, and a ghost that you can get so long as you hit level 30 this month? NOPE. Year 1 gear obsolete? NOPE. Overseas price gouging? NOPE.

If you are getting out you need to rethink why. Don't be salty the future is looking so much better in about a month! Many more activities to do.

I understand the price point of the DLC. What I don't understand is the price point of the package deal with the base game. If they charged more to new players it wouldn't be as much of an issue. Perhaps there should have been a better attempt to balance the price points more. Charge $10 less for the DLC a on its own but $10 more for the complete package. Too late now though. Perhaps just throw in that over priced $20 kit with the Taken King only purchases. It's not worth as much as a full DLC (and you know it Bungie), maybe it's worth $5 or even $10. Which would off set at least that half of the pricing problem. It would make year one players happier, that's and no brainer though.

May I suggest you read this? You may begin to understand a bit more of Bungie's current/future situation. If, or course, you are interested. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/148800897/0/0

Good riddance to ya

I understand that not everyone can afford to buy everything, but outrage over an anniversary edition is over the top. Every franchise that has a DLC expansion system does a bundle version at some point. If you want to talk bad values, check out Gears of War remastered for XBone. If you buy it from Gamestop, they will give you the ENTIRE series on 360 for free. Players spent at least $300 on all the Halo games on day one, for them to be bundled in the MCC. Or are those titles somehow not relevant? You pay a premium for buying a product on day one. Phones, TVs, cars, video games...

Capitalism.

They don't gaf. They've already got your money.

I've purchased every Call of Duty since it came out. By your standards they should pay me to play Black Ops 3. Bungie is a business. They don't owe you discounts on new content just because you purchased and played their previous stuff. I'm not saying that video games, dlc and video game expansions aren't a little over priced. I'm saying that just because you purchased and played a developers game before doesn't entitle you to future content or games for free or a discount.

Yes I have played since September of 2014, every Tuesday Nightfall, every Iron Banner, every raid etc. And it was my choice to do so, just like it was yours. I'm not going to wait until a year later and say oh by the way this game was crap even though I racked up forty days of gametime, and now I want freebies. If I hold them accountable for this past year one experience then I also have to do the same for myself, not wait until after the fact, and the same goes for TTK. Playing year one was it's own reward, and if that is not the case for you and your friends then it's time to quit, and it has nothing to do with pricing, and everything to do with the fact that you simply don't like the game anymore.

Buy somthing else play somthing else. No one cares. You will not be missed

Add frustrated to this list. To me and many of my buddies who have been here since beta feel like they make random decisions to try to improve the game rather than keeping what works and revamping what doesn't work. For the taken king they trashed everything that works and started over. The whole process that we left feedback about to improve in year one has been trashed and replaced. It's now starting over from where we began. So many things are gonna have issues and have to be fixed and so many things are just going to change and waste our time some more. Our time spent in destiny is valuable. They have mentioned it before but they're ignoring that once again.
