Seriously nerf firebolt grenade. It's disgustingly overpowered.

As it says above. Firebolt grenades needs a major nerf. If your hit by one of those op things at full health it leaves you at a third of the little red bar from full health! Seriously it needs it damage halving it's that simple. Lol i love how warlocks are defending their op firebolts! XD (Update) I've won this argument hands down. I haven't had any response outside of scrubs defending their op crutch grenade. I will no longer respond to anymore replies on this post because i've won i've proved my point.

    • Dude, it's a grenade! It's meant to deliver intense damage, similar to a rocket. I'm guessing you're a hunter that is content with your arc bolt grenade. .....then I checked your profile lol. Try changing the way you play. You get shot once, or twice, and then hit with a grenade that's checkmate no matter what you do. If you had nothing but Titans I would consider your complaint valid, but that's the best I can do.

    • Nerf this nerf that. Bungie has given you whiners an official license to turn PvP into a huge pillow fight. Since you know Bungie is listening, how about you just ask them to buff your favorite grenade? They are GRENADES, they should do damage. No?

    • Only if the person is using Touch of Flame/Viking Funeral (which they almost always are). The base damage is the same as a normal bolt grenade.

    • I play all three all thirty fours and I can agree as the person throwing them and the person receiving them, they are OP. If they have say, one pulse rifle burst on them, you chucks a firebolt, they die. It's kind of broken. If they would nerf the burn time by half or something then it would be ok

      • But here's the thing Its not so much he grenades themselves because they do the same base damage as an arcbolt But the burn effects that warlocks can add on

      • The few times I've been to trials, I have taken the brunt of three locks tossing fire bolts with the burn effect perk. You see six of those things come your way, there's not really much of a counter to it. You can try to dodge, it usually doesn't work, then you are prime for being picked off by primary fire.

        • How about the hunter trip mine? Can instantly kill a guardian and will stay active even when enemy is dead blocking of choke points in some maps are free kills. Same with titan electric nade

                  Please someone not muted, post this and say "with love, from Proyunkinator" Pleaaaasseeeee lol Fact: Arcbolt: 122 damage Firebolt: 95 Damage + 50 (with grenade burn and viking funeral) 145 Tripmine: 180 Damage Lightning Grenade: 100 damage X 5 (with aftershocks) 500 Factual scenario: 2 arcbolt grenades without Lucky Raspberry = MAX of 3 dead guardians 2 firebolt grenades without burn = 0 guardians dead 2 arcbolt grenades WITH Lucky Raspberry = 6 dead guardians 2 firebolt grenades WITH burn = MAX of 3 dead guardians Let's use a little logical syllogism, Grenades that kill more than other grenades are OP Arcbolt grenades kill more than other grenades Therefore: Arcbolt grenades are OP That is a FACTUALLY and LOGICALLY sound argument coming from an unbiased player with 3 different toons, and 8000 pvp kills with each character.
