HALO 3/BUNGIE reference in new movie 17 Again
So I just got out of a pre-screening of 17 Again. Y'know, that movie with Zac Effron? Well I wasn't expecting much but I thought it was a pretty funny movie. Oh and the ticket was free btw so why turn it down?
Anyway, there was a scene where this guy just found out this chick is a HUGE geek just like him; and they were driving in a car. And she was like
"So how did you get the new version of Halo six months early?"
And he was like "Well I said some things to the Make a Wish Foundation.... that weren't very nice."
I laughed before he even finished the line once he mentioned Make a Wish, but then a few other people did a little bit, but I am almost positive I was the only one in that tightly packed theater that got the joke.
If you don't believe me, go watch it when it comes out this Friday.
And I didn't really want to see Zac Effron that much either; but he is actually pretty good. Don't let Disney destroy his image. Its stupid to not see a movie with him just because of High School Musical. You guys would be missing out on a pretty funny/awkward movie because of his previous movies. Don't act like your in elementary school....

The fact that Zac Efron is in the movie is pretty much an automatic no on seeing that movie. Though the guy from Reno 911 is in it.
