[b]Rogue Ghost/Vendor[/b] [b]Name[/b]: Refers to itself as "Echo" - pre-Rogue name unknown, if any. [b]Gender[/b]: Chosen Male. [b]Shell[/b]: Intrusion variant. Blue eye might flicker red. [b]Likes[/b]: Xûr, dark places, being "free from oversight". [b]Dislikes[/b]: Other Ghosts. Friendships. [b]Personality[/b]: Quiet. Deceptive. Has an extreme distaste for other Ghosts, believing they silently (or outright) regard him as something akin to a Hive abomination. [b]Location[/b]: Usually lurking in the bar next to the Shipwright; close to where Xûr may appear. However, fractured reports suggest sighting in various other Tower locations, Clovis Bray on Mars, and the Archive on Venus. [b]Description[/b]: Like the enigmatic Xûr, not much is known about the rogue Ghost "Echo". What is known, however, is that it owns no allegiance to any Guardian, or so it claims. Like Xûr, Echo is shady, and can only be found when he wants someone to. The Vanguard, and the Speaker, have tried a few times to capture the ellusive Ghost, but to no avail. Being of the Intrusion variant, Echo has through the years gathered a surprising amount of information and sensitive intel, something the Vanguard believes is the reason the Ghost, like the Agent of the Nine, hoards the peculiar coins that are warm to the touch in exchange for intel that, in most cases, is valuable. It is to note, however, that Xûr and Echo has never been recorded together, or that Echo in any way is affiliated with the Nine. [b]Stock[/b]: He harbours a great many Exotic blueprints: designs not even Xûr seems to sell. He can also offer various pieces of intelligence that might either be recent, outdated or, in some cases, unheard of. [b]Time in Social Space[/b]: Appears in the Tower every three days. Never in the Hall of Guardians or the Speaker's Chambers. Have otherwise been sighted almost everywhere at some point. [b]Restock[/b]: Every three days (new stock each visit to Tower, basically). [b]Added Note[/b]: While the Ghost seems to proclaim to never have had a Guardian, when pushed about it, he turns either extremely defensive or aggressive, suggesting that, at some point, the Ghost did have a Guardian; one with a bond. What happened to said Guardian is unknown.
