Everyone has their own idea of what "elite" grimoir requirements should be. Why does it matter in the first place?

1. Shows you're not a n00b in most cases. 2. Players with higher grimoire are usually better at the game PVE and PVP wise, mainly PVE though, so teams will most likely choose to invite you. 3. People like myself like having a big number next to them.

Fair enough, I suppose. I just think it's unfair to those people who are good at this game with a < 3000 grimoire score to be booted from a raid.

There are a lot of people who play the game so the rule obviously doesn't apply to everyone. You're right, it is unfair in a way to guys with grimoire less than 3k as they could be good but majorly, in my experience at least, players with less than 3k usually don't know what they're doing in raids, etc. I know that doesn't apply to everyone but still. Also, Dead Ghosts are worth A LOT of Grimoire. Think it's 540 or something. So if you actually bother to collect all of them which are around 70, it shows you've been playing a lot and want to achieve full completion (that's most people). And if you want full completion of the game, you must have done all activities, in most cases. I've seen noobs with 3300+ and really good players with less than 3000. But in general consensus, high grimoire shows you know what to do.
