I have Destiny on digital format, but I preordered Taken King physical
I have Destiny and the two expansions all on digital format only on my PS4, but I preordered and bought the Destiny Taken King Legendary edition because I wanted the extra stuff that goes with it. When Taken King launches, will I have to delete the digital version from my console and play from disc from now on? Or can I just pop the disc in and play as normal without having to do anything else?

I think you won't even have to pop in the disc at all. Since you already own everything in digital, the game won't ask you for a disc anymore. The Legendary Edition comes with the base game on disc, and three seperate codes for the three seperate expansions. You should be able to enter your code for The Taken King code and play as you normally would.

You should be able to play TTK without having to delete and redownload the DLC content.
