The Taken King will be available on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 starting September 15th. Microsoft made the transition to normal currency a few years ago, but you can buy it with prepaid cards redeemed on your account if that's what you mean.

No, there isn't. There is no available digital preorder option for The Taken King on the Xbox 360.

Wtf?, wait hold up that means you would have to buy the 40$ one if youre a year 1 guardian huh?! then what about the suros arsenal pack?

The Taken King is $40 USD as a base value, regardless. There are more expensive versions which come with more content though, so that may be what you're thinking of.

Unfortunately you won't be able to get the Suros Armory pack. I suppose you could contact Microsoft about it once you have it or even before, but there's nothing Bungie can do about it.
