No just no shoulder charge blink would become a thing and would be more op than blink shotgun

As people have said many times, blink would interrupt should charge. Not only that, but everyone also forgets that it would be on the sun breaker subclass. Striker is the one with shoulder charge, so it wouldn't matter in the first place

I assumed he meant for the new subclass, so obviously no blink and shoulder charge at the same time.

They could just balance it to where blink would interrupt the shoulder charge charge up, meaning you have to recharge it
