so you had no fun, no challenges, no excitement playing and gaining these weapons? CoD and other FPS issue a stand alone game to repurchase at full price every year requiring a fresh start on each. Destiny provides PROGRESSION, meaning the older weapons will not be as powerful as new weapons, new content and challenges, new everything while allowing you to maintain the same character you've played as, and continuing to grow in level and strength. this isn't a difficult concept, yet it seems to be lost on a large portion of this community.
