Exotics were thought to be carried throughout the game it should be more like destiny weapons remain destiny weapons destiny 2 weapons remain destiny 2 weapons

I could see the argument you are saying and it is valid. But in my opinion Bungie designed guns in year 1 that were game breaking and if they allow us to carry them over we will never stop using them. And to me that is not fun.
